It's your turn to shout

The Law Commissions work is done; the government has responded and signalled its recommendation's – now it’s your turn to shout.

The government’s alcohol law reform package takes steps in the right direction, but overlooks a number of key reforms which could help bring real change to New Zealand’s binge drinking culture.  Draft legislation will soon be considered by Parliament, and it's time for politicians to listen to the voices of communities, to those who face the consequences of alcohol misuse every day.
