Join us on Thursday 20th February at 12pm to take a closer look at medicinal cannabis and workplace safety, as we launch our new medicinal cannabis guide for employers and employees in partnership with Construction Health and Safety NZ (CHASNZ). Register for the webinar now.
How does medicinal cannabis impact workplace health and safety? What responsibilities do employers and employees have around medicinal cannabis?
Because New Zealand’s legal medicinal cannabis scheme is relatively new, many workplaces are still figuring out what their obligations are and how to develop and adapt their policies and procedures. At the same time, many employees are hesitant to disclose their medicinal cannabis use to their employer for fear of additional scrutiny or even losing their job.
Our new guide, Medicinal Cannabis – A guide for employers and employees, gives an overview of medicinal cannabis in New Zealand, and delves into employers and employees responsibilities and rights around medicinal cannabis and workplace safety. There's also handy advice for employers to help them develop workplace policies and procedures around medicinal cannabis.
Join us and Construction Health & Safety NZ to launch the guide with a webinar on medicinal cannabis and workplace safety.
