Model Drug Law: A Path to Better Drug Laws for Aotearoa Survey.
PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDTIONS.
These terms, together with any entry information and/or additional terms and conditions specified by the NZ Drug Foundation (Terms), apply to Model Drug Law: A Path to Better Drug Laws Survey (Survey) for Aotearoa prize draw (Competition). These Terms are a contract between each entrant (you) and the NZ Drug Foundation.
Term: The Competition starts and finishes on the dates determined by the NZ Drug Foundation as the Survey opening period. The NZ Drug Foundation may determine the Survey opening period as appropriate for the purpose of Survey recruitment, however the conclusion of this period will be no later than 30 September 2025.
How to Enter: Entry into the Competition is by completing the Survey and registering for the Competition. After completing the Survey, entrants should register to enter the Competition without undue delay. If you do not follow these entry instructions and comply with these Terms, you may be disqualified. Incomplete entries may not be accepted. Generally, entries may not be modified after submission.
Prize: Ten winners will receive one $50 eGift card each. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The NZ Drug Foundation may replace the prize with another prize of equivalent or greater value if it becomes unavailable for reasons outside its reasonable control. The prize must be delivered to a valid email address. The NZ Drug Foundation makes no warranties about the prize (including as to its quality or fitness for purpose).
Who May Enter: The competition is only open to New Zealand residents over the age of 18, who have completed the Survey. To enter the Competition, you must meet the entry criteria specified by the NZ Drug Foundation and comply with these Terms.
Number of Entries: Each entrant may only enter the Competition once.
Winner Selection: The winner of the prize will be drawn randomly from all valid entries within two weeks from the conclusion of Survey opening period, and no later than 14 October 2025. Entrants will not win more than one prize each. The NZ Drug Foundation’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Contacting the Winner: The winner of the Competition will be notified after determination. The NZ Drug Foundation will take reasonable steps to contact the winner using the contact details provided at the time of entry. If the NZ Drug Foundation cannot contact a winner within one week after the winner is announced, or if the winner is otherwise unable to accept the prize, then the winner will forfeit the prize, and the NZ Drug Foundation may select a new winner.
Privacy: The NZ Drug Foundation may collect and use personal information about you (including your email address and phone number) for the purpose of administering the Competition, verifying the validity of entries and contacting winners. As certain information is required for us to run the Competition effectively, if you do not provide accurate information where requested, you may be disqualified from the Competition. The NZ Drug Foundation will collect, use, and hold your information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Liability: Subject to any applicable law that cannot be excluded, the NZ Drug Foundation and its employees and agents will not be liable for any loss or damage (whether in contract, tort (including negligence), under statute, equity, or otherwise in connection with the Competition or the prize(s)). Without limiting the previous sentence, the NZ Drug Foundation is not responsible for any late, misdirected, or incorrectly completed entries, or any technical malfunction, delay, or loss of data that occurs in the course of the administration of the Competition, however caused.
General: The NZ Drug Foundation’s decisions regarding the Competition are final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The NZ Drug Foundation may change these Terms at any time. If the NZ Drug Foundation cannot reasonably run the Competition as planned for any reason, it may cancel the Competition.
